Food is more than simply sustenance; it’s health, vitality, and most importantly, an experience. Food is one of the ways we connect with our bodies. When we eat what we crave, we’re responding to cues; when we stop when we’re full, we’re respecting our appetite. When we feed ourselves when we’re hungry, we’re allowing ourselves to live and thrive.
Eat, drink and be merry
*My blog has hundreds of recipe posts. The links on these pages are my favorites. (Please use the search option at the bottom of my blog if you’re looking for a recipe in particular. I might not have posted it on these pages) Not all these recipes belong to me, and I am careful to provide credit where credit is due. Out of respect, I ask for the same. Please link back if you post my recipes or photos on your blog.
**Most of the recipes I post are gluten-free and lactose-free. The ones that are not are labeled as such, and I discovered/developed them before learning that I must follow a gluten/lactose-free diet. If you are able to consume those ingredients healthfully, please try them!
