 Hello folks, I have not died! Good news and stuff.

I will pop in later to explain my absence and all the nonsense that has been going on in my life — none of which was fun. But, I am alive and on track for being well and I’m quite excited to keep sharing my food, my fun, and my pursuit of happiness.

In the mean time, I leave you with a burger:

Herbs = magic! I used about four sprigs of fresh oregano and two tablespoons of chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper for about 2.5 pounds of burger meat (83% lean) and grilled them up with EVOO-brushed eggplant slices, grilled mushrooms, fresh lettuce and tomato, dijon mustard and a Udi’s Gluten-Free Hamburger Bun, defrosted and toasted.

A delicious, filling end to a crazy couple of weeks.
