I usually get all of my “exotic” or specialty foods at WF or TJ or something, but on the occasion, I run across cool items at regular old grocery stores like Meijer or Caputo’s.
I found these yummy chips at Caputo’s, but I’d bet that Jewel and Meijer also sell them.
They are a delicious blend of blue potatoes, carrots and kabocha squash. The are beautifully cut (crinkled!) and have a perfect hint of sea salt. The flavor is so simple, but so divine!
And they’re healthy as well! 3g of fiber and 2g protein in a crisp? Yes, please!
Again, not funky ingredients! Just veggies, healthy oil and salt.
I give them an A!
