Libraries are amazing places; I found this cook book, “The Ski House Cookbook” and made their Chunky Beef Stew.
I’m actually really proud of myself for this recipe because not only is it the first slow-cooked recipe I’ve ever made, but I actually managed to follow the recipe! (Usually I struggle with this one) The only changes I made were adding more peas and less beef.
Yummy! Just plain yummy.
