There are fashion models.
There are “hand models.”
Yesterday, I was a foot model — and a fine one if I do say so myself!
I kid, I kid.
Obviously, there is no such thing as a dental model (or at least I hope not) but for the sake of information sharing —
So, I know my teeth aren’t the most attractive in the world (precisely why I am receiving this treatment) but considering that few others display their dental work on the internet, I bit my tongue (no pun intended) and decided to share my experience.
What do I think?
Well, the liners certainly are “invisible.” The most noticeable aspect is the attachment knobs on certain teeth that allow the plastic to snap onto my teeth. Regarding the comfort level, my teeth are a little sore. However, it has only been about 48 hours and a bit of tenderness is to be expected.
Insertion and removal of the liners is very easy. I can still eat whatever I like, whenever I like, so long as I remove the liners prior to doing so and brush my teeth before I replace them.
Overall, I’m very pleased with Invisalign, and pretty confident that the treatment will align my teeth properly and leave me white, straight and fresh, orthodontically speaking!
Show me your teeth!
