Chocolate Sauce

Unfortunately it’s unpictured, but this amazing, versatile chocolate sauce is seriously a chocolate-lover’s dream!

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 packet hot cocoa mix

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whisk the dry ingredients in a small saucepan. Add the milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for an additional minute. Remove from heat and continue stirring for 3-5 minutes until cooled significantly. Store in the refrigerator.

No sugar version:

swap sugar free hot cocoa mix for regular, and swap 6 packets Truvia for sugar.

Each tablespoon (of the sugar free recipe) has roughly 15 calories.

Seriously, this is so good!
