Hummus!

Hummus:
1 can chick peas, drained, liquid reserved
3 tablespoons Tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Spices of your choice
Paprika
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Fresh Parsley
Sesame Seeds

In a food processor, combine the chick peas, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice. Begin mixing, and slowly add back the liquid from the chick peas until the hummus reaches the desired consistence (about 1/4 cup). Add spices of your choice (I like salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic and onion powder) and continue to mix until very smooth. Spoon into a bowl, sprinkle with paprika, black pepper, sesame seeds and chopped fresh parsley, drizzle with olive oil and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
