Kale Chips

THIS IS IT!
My first experience with Kale.
And it was delicious!

Wash and dry two stalks of Kale.
Cut the leafy parts off and tear into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Spray with olive oil, and dress with salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic and parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 miutes, until Kale is crisp and brown around the edges.

Remove from pan, and serve.
