Just to clarify, as to not be confusing…
..
Faux Cookie Dough Babies
Individual healthified cookie dough portions!
I love sweets, and always have.
I also love cookies and cookie dough, and always have..

And while I don’t like to eat cookies all the time, I do love a delicious, sweet snack every once-in-a-while!

Faux Cookie Dough is a totally healthified version of any type of cookie dough you can imagine…and it’s packed with protein, healthy fats, and both simple and complex carbohydrates. As an added bonus, this treat is  vegan, and therefore contains no raw egg!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Daux:
1 tablespoon almond butter
1-1/2 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour
1-1/2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey (or brown sugar)
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk or milk
1 drop vanilla
pinch salt
1 teaspoon raisins
Cinnamon

Mix, Chill and Devour
.
Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Cookie Daux:
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour
1 tablespoon agave (or honey/brown sugar)
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk or milk
1 drop vanilla
pinch salt
1 teaspoon dark chocolate chips

Mix, Chill and Devour

Nutty Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookie Daux:
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1-1/2 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour
1-1/2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon agave (or honey/brown sugar)
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk or milk
1 drop vanilla
pinch salt
1 teaspoon white chocolate chips (or dark chocolate, for vegan)
1 teaspoon dried cranberries

Mix, Chill and Devour
.
Come up with any combination! Switch up the nut butters, the sweetener (agave, molasses, whatever!) the spices and the mix-ins and design your ultimate “Cookie Daux” snack!
