Grilled Vegetables with Chicken, Avocado and Pasta
16 ounces mushrooms, quartered, a sliced yellow onion, 3 cloves minced garlic and 2 thinly sliced red bell peppers.
Apply to grill, covered with aluminum foil. After 10 minutes, add mushrooms, and cook for an additional ten minutes.
Pepper + Parsley + Rosemary + Oregano + Onion Powder + Garlic Powder
When vegetables are done cooking, drizzle on 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Cook up some whole wheat pasta.
