Got Leftovers?

“Got leftovers?”

Here’s an excellent way to use that left over rice, quinoa, barley, or any other grain you have:
Mix it up with some acorn squash, frozen peas, pickled ginger, cardamom, black pepper and a tablespoon of water.
Pop it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
Top with toasted peanuts, and enjoy!
