These Fat Free Vegan Chocolate Truffles definitely hit the spot!
In a food processor, combine 1/2 cup prunes, 1/4 cup Medjool dates, 5 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon real maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Whip until thoroughly blended and creamy.

Roll mixture into balls, and roll the balls into a topping of your choice. (Cocoa powder, shredded coconut, sprinkles, nuts…)

Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
They’re also good frozen.
